About Me

I didn't come into health coaching from "wellness culture."

I came into it because I HAD to.

A few years ago, my body stopped responding.

I was dealing with anxiety, fatigue, heart palpitations... and nothing I tried was working.

That's when I realized:

The issue wasn't effort.

It was understanding how the body ACTUALLY heals.

And how an unhealthy environment keeps you sick.

Over the last 7 years, I've studied:

• Functional medicine

• Quantum biology 

• Systems-based health

And I've helped people resolve:

• Long-standing fatigue 

• Anxiety and brain fog 

• Sleep issues 

• Metabolic problems

By changing the CONDITIONS their body was responding to.

Once we figured out what their body was missing?

Their bodies started to heal.
